I don't like these home-court refs, Kessler would have won still but the fans deserve a bit more entertainment in this sport. People come to this sport to watch knockouts not refs stop fights earlier then the final knockout.

I believe the fight was stopped too early but, the guy didn't have a shot in hell. This became more apparent as the fight went on. The Ref isn't supposed to care about the entertainment of the fans but of the welfare of the fighters.

The fight wasn't going in any other direction but did it appear to you that the fighter was near death?

It was. He fell after the ref stepped in, but I thought he would've gotten up.

Plus I wanted Kessler to get like 6-7 rounds to shake off all the rust.
