The IBF refused to answer whether tonight's fight was a final eliminator or not. Reminds me a lot of Breazeale-Molina. If I had to guess, Martin would have become mandatory if he won tonight, but since he didn't, I agree Ortiz will likely have to face Hrgovic.

I think wilders path is easier than Ortiz, Wilder probably would just have to swat Whyte, Ortiz may have to go through a Hrgovic which I think is a tough out potentially.

Agreed. It'll be interesting to see what the IBF does. I called and emailed numerous times and they absolutely refused to confirm whether tonight was a semi-final eliminator or a final eliminator.

It wasn’t a final elimination bout that was already established.

              I'm seeing it now.

Wilder only needs to beat Whyte and Ortiz to become UNDISPUTED.

              Haymon is a genius.

I don’t want to see them again. Enough . Ortiz v Ruiz would be better. Wilder needs an easy touch if he plans to comeback. He got brutalized by fury

Established by who? Certainly not by the IBF.
