    after pacman vs. morales...

after pacman and el terrible's superbout, whose loss/gain will be greater? (say a win and a loss through TKO)

a pacman loss: well he's still young and obviously he's still gonna be the biggest show in boxing, although it may go down. his sky-rocket career could trim down, but there's still a very bright opportunity for a rematch against Barrera and Marquez, but i think no more from Morales. he's still good.

a pacman win: this will totally reorder the pound 4 pound ratings. he can climb up at no. 2 the very least. a career boomer no question about it. he'll be the biggest boxing sensation after the fight.

a morales loss: he's already established himself as one of the best boxers mexico ever produced. nonetheless 2 straight losses could cause him something. but i think he'll catch bigger fishes in the future once he goes up to lightweight, where there he could be king.

a morales win: it won't be much of a talk. it will just take away the loss from marco antonio barrera and nothing more. it will also mean a climb in the P4P ratings. he's already getting paid big.

    biggest loss: Pacman

    biggest gain: Pacman

i agree, but i don't this a loss for pacman is not that big for him than to morales'. a loss on the mexican may start the end of his career, remeber he plans to go up to lightweight. how will he do that if he losses this one?

a pacman win will definitely kick mayweather out of no.2 ranking p4p

its already his plan to go to lightweight no matter what. i think his getting tired of barrera. in case he wins over manny, hopefully not, its only a matter of showing that he beat the man(Pacman) who beat the man(Barrera). and nothing more. his loss would only be a personal degredation, but his career will still push through, becoz of ****in Bob Arum. o yeah manny will definitely climb though the rankings...

How competitive will Pac or Morales be if they move up in weight and challenge Corrales, Castillo, Julio Diaz, Freitas or Casamayor.

problem is, if he loses to manny he's credibility will be questioned if and when he moves up to light weight because if he can't beat the smaller guys at the feather/super featherweight divisions, then how much more with the lightweights... but i guess it still remains to be seen...

...definitely...whoever wins this "career-turning" bout, the P4P list will be shaken and joggled up/down....

Pacman morales probably has the most original and powful slogan of all fight of the last 20 years 'coming with everything'

see Pacman as an explosive fighter with an awkward style just like Ricardo Mayorga. They both beat the best at a lighter weight but when Mayorga went up to fight Trinidad there was just no competition against the bigger man. Will Pacman have the same fate - we'll just have to wait and see.

i dont know with Morales. but i think pacquiao would just remain strong in the featherweight division and will not move up to lightweight. the superfeatherweight division is not that very big at all considering morales has already beaten its champ last yr. but lightweight would be tough.

i think PACMAN cant be compared to very sluggish and boastful Mayorga. Power wise, they could be, but the boxing style, i think not. Manny is not awkward, just becoz he's a southpaw. Speed, definitely incomparable. But i do hope he does not attain Mayorga's fate. I feel Manny will win by KO. and im betting on it.
