IDK if steroid is the right word for that. IN bodybuilding, they call it bubble gut? pregnant belly and they point either to HGH or insulin, not steroids.

Where's the testing for these fights/fighters ? Sanchez' belly is highly suspect. Eddy Rey "no se" = king of "I don't know" or I know nothing. Getting to the point where you start with the assumption his fighters are on something - Guilty until Proven Innocent!
