He can't beat most welterweights, he could fight Mosley and Floyd at 147 but those are the only big fights he could win.

Damn right. Beating Cotto nullifies any excuse about possible weight disadvantages.

I wouldn't be mad at him if he just flat out didn't fight guys like Margarito, though. Then we're stepping into a whole different convo in terms of size disadvantages. Clottey is actually huge, too. Barely making WW anymore.
