How do you think the Thurman vs Crawford negotiations would go?

Both fighters would be available by March-Apr and ready for talks.
Lots of questions can certainly be generated regarding this subject.

First, there would be no more Bob Arum to blame as Bud is on his own now.
Would PBC make the first offer? Would DAZN get involved? Triler, any Promo Co.?
How much percentage split would Crawford demand? He would look like a fool
if he demand 70/30 or lower. Lots of questions need to be answered.

The fight is already being discussed. It really just comes down to whether Crawford ultimately decides to spend the rest of his career with PBC. When both fighters are with PBC, you don't have all the fighting about split and all that. The fighters trust Al. I'm sure Crawford is getting a lot of offers, but if he's confident that he's really the best welterweight, he'll make more money with PBC than anywhere else. Start with a PPV against Thurman and then build to a PPV against Spence. There's nothing DAZN or Top Rank can offer him that can compete with that kind of money.

Keith 'One Time Per Year' Thurman will injure himself during negotiations and sit out all of 2022.

I think it’ll actually be Spence vs Thurman in second half of 2022.

Like I always mention, I'd rather see all these fighters under the PBC umbrella,
so this wrong side of the street excuse will be totally eliminated, hate to repeat it.
What you posted here is all good. I have no problem with it. Fights need to happen.

I expect to see very little disagreements here, less angry debates and argumentations.

The best thing for the fans is for there to be as few universes as possible. In the Don King/Bob Arum days, you had "two sides of the street" but Don focused on heavyweight, bob focused on the lighter weights, and sometimes they'd both focus on middleweight and as long as they worked together occasionally, fans got a lot of big fights.

The problem right now is we have three universes instead of the two that fans are used to. So there are more fights than usual that are politically impossible.

I doubt Crawford is getting many big offers now that he’s not with Arum. Everyone saw his PPV bombs with Bob and even Arum saying he was losing money on him.
He’s not a mainstream draw but wants to be paid like one.
I think his ego would get in the way of making a Thurman fight as I don’t think he’d even take 50/50 when he doesn’t bring anything the table to even deserve that.

                  In Bud's favor.
                  1X has no bargaining chips.

Yep.... I think that is HIGHLY likely. After Barrios I doubt we'd see Thurman back till fall at that soonest.

Bud probably fights Prograis next. Maybe Broner if he's out of money by now.
