Anyways, it doesn't matter because pacquiao is a superstar he doesn't fight lower tiered fighters like CLottey. The reason Cotto fought him it's because he wanted to unify the IBF and WBO belt but the IBF bitched out like they always do, and CLottey had to be taken out of the WW Spotlight. Cotto beats Paquio real bad.
