Bob and Bricktop say Tyson is not a draw!!

Bob says Whyte is asking for $10m (just over £7m).
they want to pay him $5m, 20% basically.
So tyson fury will get $20m? That sounds ok when you look at the espn deal...
But why are they ignoring box office in the UK?

in 2015 Wlad vs fury did 650k ppv buys.
only 2 weeks later and Joshua vs Whyte did more than that.

Joshua has done 1.5m on 3 occasions, vs Wlad, Parker and Ruiz 2. Should add against ruiz it was £5m more. It was more like 1.6m for that too. Think about it, after the mother of all losses he got that.

Yet tyson fury is supposed to be bigger than Joshua now...and i have no reasons to doubt it. He is the james corden of boxing. In every nook and cranny selling himself to an audience.

Basically fury vs whyte does 1.6m ppv buys @£20 all day long. That's £32m right there.
Add ticket sales and international rights to that.
what whyte is asking for is less than 20%.

Now, im aware they tend to have a guarantee plus percentage. Why are they not betting on fury selling big numbers against whyte?

Their immediate position suggests they dont believe in tyson. That he will do a lot less in ppv sales.

Who said that? Joshua is absolutely still a bigger draw than Fury.

He isn't but I think Fury-Whyte would still do good in the UK.
