I think the first punch JMM would take, would leave him on the floor for atleast until the 8th count, Floyd hits WAY more harder than Pac, he would get up with almost no legs, then PBF will get the job done.

but if JMM trains his ass off, and plays it safe with PBF i see this going into a decision.

marquez does recover fast but he goes on attack mode when he gets back up which will give pbf more openings. but i don't see pbf going for the finish unless it looks obvious that marquez is on shaky legs.
