As much as I know this stingy (you know what) is always wrong, i hate to admit he’s actually correct here. Dillian Should take whatever they give him and if he’s so confident then he’ll win and dictate the terms on the rematch

Fury is greater than the WBC belt! Fury sells the fight. like no other since Ali! He's hasn't hit Mayweather numbers, but he's getting closer! Fury vs. Ruiz would do really big numbers with or without a tile, in Las Vegas! Fury vs. Helenius would do big figures in the UK! Fury is ot just a fighter, he's a rock star!

Cant wait to see how, if Fury fights Ruiz, suddenly he'll this top class fighter, yet when Joshua beat him he's a burger muncher.

Also, no one asked for that fight and there wasn’t that much demand for it. It didn’t even do 100k on U.K. PPV and cumulatively I’d be shocked if they made $5million from international TV rights.

And with PPV - the money is divided into half with the TV after 10% tax/commission comes off it. So, yes, they have to do at least 1.2million PPV for Fury to make $30m.

There’s a reason why they throw bogus numbers around and they’re NEVER guaranteed big numbers, lol.

Compare that with AJ who’s always guaranteed 8 figures in all his fights.

AJ vs Ruiz 1 - AJ’s guaranteed split was £25m according to what was submitted to the boxing commission.

AJ vs Ruiz 2 - AJ’s guaranteed split was £65 according to what was submitted to the boxing commission

AJ vs Povetkin - £20m guaranteed

AJ vs Parker - £20m guaranteed

            Etc.

Why’s Fury always guaranteed 7 figures but somehow they throw bogus 25/30m out there as what he’s making?

Again: Fury has NEVER made $15m in a fight (not pound Sterling) in his career, lol.

They paid all the HWs on the undercard as well, lol.

Bro, here’s the actual wiki link to the fight, WHERE IT CLEARLY STATES FACTS, not he-said, she-said. facts, not opinion, At least 600k sold at $80 a pop.

No matter. It's legacy for those guys. Especially Joshua. He doesn't need the money now. Sure he'll still try to maximize his earning potential, but he'll not be happy if he cant complete undusputed. That's his dream. I'm not saying its right or wrong. It's just how it is. Usyk I believe is similar. Undisputed in 2 weight classes. That's legacy. And he'll make plenty after that and he knows it. Why do you think he took a rematch with Joshua he didn't need to. He has supreme confidence in his abilities and knows he beats him. And he knows he beats Fury too. And if Fury doesn't fight him Usyk is the star of the generation and not Fury. So Fury will fight him. That's just their mindset. There are some genuine competitors out there, it's not just all about pounds or dollars.

Just take the 5.5 mil, if it's true, and then get the 50%+ in a obvious rematch against Fury, AJ, and a shot at undisputed.

Fury has already been the champ and his only goal is money now. He will drop the belt if the split isn't how he wants it. Whyte hasn't done anything notable in his career and should be taking this fight for a guaranteed 5.5 mil and a easy win that gets him the belt if he's so sure of himself.

Reading through this you see how some are so emotional here. Like I said before, Arum likes to negotiate via the media and you can't believe everything he says. Whyte will ask for 10 million because it is negotiations. He won't get it but he has to aim high.

Let it go to purse bid or Arum has to sweeten the pot. People crying already that Fury will vacate to avoid Whyte is a joke.

So not only does Ruiz not deserve it over Whyte, the fight would be boring as ***.

They would only make this fight because they can pay Ruiz in cake dollars.
Considering AJ flattened Whyte and he got KOd by Pov too. I think Ruiz is better.
