I never cared for Derek Chisora because he's always been lacking in class. He has my respect however for having the willingness to face off with the best out there win or lose. However in his case it's been quite a bit of the losing dynamic going on. He has taken some hard punches over the years and its been proven that the longer a boxer stays in the ring, the more his brain even in sparring, suffers adverse effects. I would argue that after this recent loss he SHOULD retire NOW before it goes past the point of no return. He's made good money. Making good investments would be the wise choice. That to the side I see we have a dedicated bigot in the comments section referring To Chisora and Dylan White as Primitive animals who belong in a zoo. I wonder how Boxing Scene feels about this given its guidelines. Either way that is unacceptable and not welcome in a community dedicated to the spirit of SPORT.

Best resume in the world doesn’t say much when you’ve not won a single meaningful fight in your career. Is he tough? Sure…does having said resume make him any better as time went on? No…he in essence has been a human punching bag his entire career.

      there’s nothing magnanimous about that.

Who was it? The original poster appears to have taken it down.

My type of fighter, I can't wait to watch him get his A(ssssss) kicked again! It may even be worst but he has a right to be a brain dead fighter if he wants.

Derek Chisora is aware that his market value is rather high, and there is a demand for him to fight. Chisora knows this, Eddie Hearn knows this 'And that is why, he will continue to fight'.

It is how Chisora loses these fights, which keeps him in the game. He pushes his opponents, and provides all out war 'Mainly because that is the only type of action, his style will produce'.

I think Chisora could of still done better vs Parker, his effort on fight night is always 1000% 'But if he was working with David Haye, and his preferred trainer' Chisora would of been in better condition.

I would imagine his training camp was moderate intensity 'I don't think Chisora will stay working with Coldwell'. Chisora is the type of fighter, whether he is in condition or not 'He will always turn up on fight night and empty the tank'.

I would like to see Chisora ether back with Don Charles or David Haye.

Del Boy has fought better opposition than Wilder and fury...a fact! Though he lost he didn’t let money, ego, put him off fighting the best...at least he wasn’t knocked the **** out but traded he has my respect

Disappointed in Your attitude Del Boy , of course it’s your right to do as you please and advise or tell people not to tune in but it’s your expletive Manner that shows a complete disregard for people who have loved watching and supporting you that have a love for you to stop potentially putting your health at risk. Is this how you treat people that have an interest and fondness for your health and well-being ? You say people who love you will support you going forward ? Think about these 2 questions and answer the positives and negatives of either to yourself honestly.

. Don Charles does not carry training ability above southern area level and Dave coldwell is typical of someone who thinks he knows much more than he actually does through various associations with already top seasoned fighters that employ probably because he says yes and he is cheap , haye and bellow already knew everything they needed to know before he got on board and my guess is he came cheap in Order to make a name to draw in other fighters and like most he and his ego think he’s a top trainer as he has been in the corner with haye and bellow and he really is average . Just a little irritating egomaniac.

If you are around a former unified and WBA Heavyweight Champion, who was notorious for his conditioning and work ethic in training camp 'That is going to improve your game'.

Derek Chisora under David Haye, clearly improved area's of his conditioning and his punch technique was more refined.

Don Charles understand Chisora, and will push him more than anybody. I think Charles is a underrated trainer, probably the second best trainer in the UK 'I only put Adam Booth above him'.

Larry Holmes seems to have all his faculties intact, and he fought until he was an old man, being destroyed by a young Mike Tyson in the meantime.

Chisora is making millions and says he's living his best life now. He's the kind of guy who, I believe, would be happier dying in a ring rather than getting old and bored at home.

That way of thinking shouldn't be encouraged and it isn't just about him. I'm sure he has loved ones who wouldn't be able to move on from his death or if he crippled in the ring.
