Comments Thread For: Cormier: Jake Paul Beating These Dudes So Bad They Start To Make Fun of Themselves

Former two division UFC champion Daniel Cormier was shaking his head at Tyron Woodley's knockout loss to social media star Jake Paul. Last Saturday night in Tampa, Paul scored a brutal one-punch knockout of Woodley in the sixth round of their Showtime PPV rematch.

Not everything for everyone is about money. The problem is UFC has been putting on a better product for years and their PPV #s have been killing boxing for years. One champion per weight class, best are always fighting the best. What more can you ask for?

I think Jake needs to stay away from boxers and keep fighting ufc fighters. He found his niche, it works and he takes care of the argument that ufc figters really aint got the hands they claim to have and a novice "boxer" in Jake Paul is proving that. Itll be interesting to see if Jorge and Diaz and Usman have the balls to ask Daddy White permission to fight the Mousekateer....

It's definitely not a good look for the UFC that these guys start clowning on themselves.

Couldnt have said it better myself. Pbc is trying to copy that model, unfortunately they fail because even with the biggest stable in boxing, they make sh.it fights more often than not.

If Jake Paul wants to be taken seriously as a cruiserweight boxer he needs to stop calling-out these 170lb
MMA fighters. The combined boxing record of all of Jake Paul's opponents, before he fought them, is 0-1-0.
That's what's meme-worthy. We all remember kids like Jake Paul when we were in elementary school...the kid
who failed a few times, got left behind, and now boosts his insecure ego by bullying his smaller classmates.
Couple that with his immature antics and his new store-bought title belt...he's a loathsome, pathetic man-child.

A rematch where Khabib further humiliates McGregor.

UFCfanatic is much more fitting since you are here shilling for them. It's a decent product but has it's many flaws and plenty of horrible selling PPVs. Not always the best fighting the best either. McGregor, Diaz and Masvidal are proof of that. They got opportunities some fighters will never have despite having better records and being more talented. Lets not forget the TRT era or the CM Punk disaster.

Cormier saw it correctly, it was a right hook, not an overhand right.
