Well, when I said he was an idiot for getting a facial tatt I wasn't saying that made him an idiot in and of itself, but to state the matter plainly, a speech impediment of some sort....I.E. a lisp, or difficulty pronouncing "R" sounds can often indicate mild mental ******ation, but it could also indicate a hearing problem, though the former is a more common cause of speech impediments. Stuttering, which can actually indicate a higher than normal I.Q. can't be included in these symptoms.
