Only due to injury. They were both to fight on the same card in Dec, I think, which changed to Jan for Shields, and a bit later now for Marshall. The fight will be May/June, instead of March as originally planned, but it's due to Marshall having a head injury. Maybe she was sparring with ferocious puncher Hughy Fairy, Tyson's cousin, and got busted up, but she'll beat Shields. It's strange that Shields is not an MMA fighter at all, but her loss there to a **** average fighter has taken away her aura of invincibility for many people.
