I don't think so but it wouldn't be a bad fight, Bivol vs Beterbiev is the fight that must happens next, the only time Ramrez stepped it up he almost lost to Jessee Hart, Jesse Hart got his ass whooped by a guy that Biivol demolished. Now I admit styles make fights and he could give him problems wth his height, but I think Bivol is too good for that.
