In 2 years, he may not even be able to actually make WW.

Jarrett Hurd's performances have clearly suffered by staying too long at LMW, and his last bout was at MW. I think Jermell stayed at LMW because he's found a way to carve out a legacy at the weight, but I think he'd contemplate moving up if his brother wasn't already there. If Jermall goes to 168, I expect Jermell to move up soon after.

It wouldn't surprise me if the rest of the WWs try to wait until Ennis moves up, or his performances are clearly showing signs that the weight-cut is affecting him.

Well Spence said he doesnt want any soft touches when he comes back so I dont mind this. BUT Spence also said its strap season and he wont even speak on Bud so Im not holding my breath on Spence/Boots happening. Hope it does happen as if Boots wins, he already said hed fight Bud. Would be a better fight too imo. Cause i think Bud washes Spence something bad...

This is Tru. Hurd did look drained pretty bad. I agree with pretty much everything you said.

Either way hopefully we get some great fights out of it..

Damn finally someone knows what they talking about around here.

                Spence won't fight Ennis.

Spence is actually in a similar position Brook was in when Spence became mandatory. He’s tight at the weight, recovering from an eye injury and there’s a young hungry blue chip talent looking to take his spot.

I’ve got to admit though, I think it’s a little early for Ennis, gun to my head, I’d probably roll with Spence on this one providing he’s still the same fighter after the eye issue/layoff. Very interesting matchup!

Funny how this guy is 24 and people are iffy about him taking on Spence. “Too early”

Puts fighters like Vargas and Canelo in perspective. Willing to be that hungry young lion even at such a young age.

I want Boots vs Ugas now. Spence and Crawford need to fight next, or at latest next year. The year after Boots vs the winner would be great. Nash out.
