I think Zurdo is good and probably would beat Smith/Pascal, but those guys are definitely a step up from Jessee Hart, his best opponent. I don't think he would beat them nearly as easy as Bivol did especially since Smith beat Hart pretty convincingly.

Yeah, you might be right but Bivol needs to actually do it if Ramirez becomes mandatory. Bivol's career seems to have pretty much stalled with Hearn.

Bivol landed 209 punches in that fight and Smith landed 39, that's crazy. If that doesn't show you his skill then smh.

Yes, you're definitely right there, and I was never particularly impressed with Ramirez @ 168. But, outside of a unification against either Smith and/or beterbiev, Ramirez is one of the better fights out there for him.

I don't expect him to vacate. But yeah I agree. He went from headling on HBO to being on Del Boy undercards.

Ramirez to me is a small step up from Smith, honestly I don't even know if I consider Ramrez better than Pascal at 175 (who Bivol handled with ease). It would be tied for his second best win wth Smith/Chilemba. OK fight, but Beterbiev vs. Bivol is the one I really want to see. Bivol has proven he's a million times better than that level of LHW, the guys just on the fringe of a world title.

I would actually like to see Zurdo vs Bivol. I think their styles will mesh well.

Actually I think Ramirez-Smith would be a good fight too. I'd like to see any of those fights mix-and-match tbh. Just looking at the promotional landscape, it seems more realistic for Bivol to fight Ramirez if he becomes mandatory. Beterbiev and Smith can unify over at TR and winners fight for full unification? Too much to hope for, I know, but anyways!
                  Thanks.

Bivol wants no part of Ramirez he’s been exposed ducking but since he’s a NSB favorite no one calls him out on it, but after Ramirez wins Saturday Bivol will be forced to fight him or vacate. Ramirez will punish Bivol I would bet on that.
