He also knocked out Fernando Montiel, who was the reigning unified WBC/WBO champion and hadn't lost in over 5 years.

He took Omar Narvaez's 0 (Narvaez was a reigning champ one division down, lost to Donaire, went back down and won 8 more fights until losing to Inoue)

He beat Mathebula when he was IBF champion to unify.

He beat Vetyeka when he was a reigning champion.

He beat Burnett when he was an undefeated and reigning champion.

He beat Oubaali as a reigning undefeated champion.
Those are elite wins but not over Hall of Famers like Jones over Toney, Toney over McCallum, or Lewis over Klitschko. Just referencing some recent boxing HOFers as an example. Donaire is great but he doesn't really have that win on his record. Ofc those wins are really rare and hard to get. Donaire didn't duck anyone but just never had one of those fights where he won it; ironically, Rigo over Donaire is an all time great win in my mind.

You're right; it shows that my experience has made me wise to the world and the different types of people in it. Especially smug bourgeoise types who always need to show their superiority. It is easy to act like that in victory and with the camera trained on you.

Acting selfless while facing adversity is noble. While you are on top it basically meaningless words.

But Donaire has shown himself to be a smug virtue signaller before, that's why I took that opinion of him this time round.

Next time, PacDBest talks about Pacquiao, you better believe him. His stock has gone up after this fight. Congratulations, PDB!:good

        Thanks KaPaclander!!

The reason why I became addicted to boxing is because I'm comparing all Boxer past & Present against Pacquiao. So far I've seen a lot from youtube to ********** courtesy of some Paclanders. Boxrec is my best information source to check every fighters competition. I compare realtime footage of each fighters compare to Pacquiao's speed, power & punch Velocity, so far I haven't seen a fighter that I think can Dominate Pacman around the weight class he's in. Pac is so special in that department. I still stick to my belief that when pac retires he'll be rated as top 10 P4p of all time.

In case of Nonito, I become interested on him coz I met him personally & I see how smart & confident this guy is. The first time I've seen him is in the Party for his uncle. I've never seen him or seen him fight. I just heard his name in some fight news. After that I search youtube & seen some of his fight. I was not impressed yet coz he's fighting mostly bums.

Next time we saw each other months later, this time he has a good news coz he's being lined up for Arce, he's very excited & told me He's gonna KO Arce. Then Arce lost.

When I heard Dachinyan is next to him. I still have doubt if he can win. So I look for my collection of Darchinyan fights against Gabi, Glen D, Burgos, & Pacheco. Then compare it to fight footage of Nonito. I saw right away the speed , Skills & Reach advantage for Donaire.

Some guys here who think they're expert, mostly based their prediction by just comparing records. Mine is I incorporate visual comparison of each fighter & try to imagine things. Vic has better opposition but in my visual comparison Donaire has better speed & Physical attributes.

Some fighters like BHop, Winky, & all Heavies they all doesn't interest me to study their footage coz I got bored. Besides I only study lighter weights where Pacquiao reigns & his Potential max weighclass he can fight on. I only study up to welterweight coz I think Pac can compete even in that weight.

From my 2007 Prediction for Pacquiao and Donaire at ESBI just a Glimse of future to come.

What I noticed with an old Domaire is that he doesnt try too hard and doesnt rely too much on athleticism and left hook power.

Maybe it comes with age. Maybe it is just now he realized how to use that boxing brain more than the muscles.
