Manny would've been, had he beaten Floyd, but he lost. Oscar didn't have to challenge B-Hop, but he did! Floyd didn't have to challenge Oscar and Cotto @ 154, and Canelo @ 152, but he did! Manny never had to go 147, but he did! Loma could've fought Pacquiao @ 140, but he did NOT! Loma fought 132 in the Olympics. I'm pretty sure he could fight at 140. Pacquiao fought Barerra at 25, JMM @ 130 at 26, Oscar @ 147 @ 30! It can be done! I'm just saying, if he wants to be in the category, with Floyd & Manny, fighting JT is the way to go! Not necessary for HOF, but if he wants to be an ATG, that's what he needs to do, because he's already had to 2 bad losses, in his short career! Beating JT for Undisputed @ 140, would erase all that!
