In cebu and mostly here in mindanao, we are fond of making kilawin out of tuna. Here, it's like a philippine version of sashimi without the wasabi.

BTW, here's how a grilled tuna that we eat as fingerfood when we are having drinks here in the Philippines. It cost around a little less that 3 USD.

Nobody's inviting me to join the Hustlerz but its okay with me. I'm used to hi******* thread and you can ask maka about it. I used to be the top hijacker in pacland together with chadmack, who's also an active member here. He's doesn't go around much, he's mostly at the pinoy lounge.

BTW, here a grilled tuna belly that we like eating with rice. The calamansi and chili pepper in the pic is for sauce. We squeeze the calamansi in a tablespoon of soy sauce and squeeze the chili pepper. There are other vavriations with the sauce like putting come onions or sliced tomatoes... now, i'm making myself hungry LOL. I may pass by the market later to a buy a kilo or two of yellow fin tuna.
