when luis collazo put it on him and then he proceeded to look like **** against urango. the tszyu fight was his best performance by far but even in that fight he was leading with his face and if tszyu didnt quit he might have gotten a dec or late ko

He was a good puncher with good stamina, but his defense got exposed when he fought Mayweather and Pacquiao. He would charge in and not protect himself. Still he could've beaten many good fighters with those atributes, but he had to be lucky. He also failed to use his jap distancing himself from his opponnet and preparing his right hand. With floyd he was getting careless and paid the price although i also felt floyd did alot of holding and punching which could have affected him.

        .
Floyd made him step up a weight class, fight in his home town with a one-sided ref and still had trouble with him.

          Hatton has underrated footwork.

          He's a top boxer.

          Overrated?

Never seen anyone say he could beat the top LWW's ever. In fact, the only people that I've seen others say he could beat were Mayweather and Pac. Who are two of the best fighters in the last decade.

Lost to both, but Hatton's never been compared to the ATG unlike some other fighters who haven't accomplished half of what Hatton has.

Lol, Floyd came up from 130 lbs dude, and Hatton outweighed him on FN. The ref was not one sided, he was just not letting Hatton pull his usual crap. Floyd had minimal trouble with Hatton, I watched that fight again last night and Floyd was occasionally caught or pushed back, but he had Hatton in the palm of his hand, he was landing the lead right at will, and in the last few rounds he started tagging Hatton easily with the jab. Floyd set up that knockout beautifully.

He never was overrated. The truth is, Hatton was a very talented fighter.

He had a long streak of impressive performances over good opponents. He never did have a good defense though, and always got hit a lot, but because he had a good chin, it didn't matter.

However, against Pacquiao, he appeared to be a shot fighter who's punch resistance is gone. His poor eating habits and excessive weight gains and losses have contributed to his decline.

TS, this is NSB when you lose a fight or 2 no matter the caliber of fighters you lost too that means you are now an overrated bum with a glass jaw and all of the opponents you beat were cans.
