Surely he's entitled to mix in an easier fight...keeping in mind that "easy" for him is going after a belt at cruiserweight. Not fighting someone like Kamil Szeremeta.
those are a light felonies. Mexicans don't do anabolic steroids at the star level like RJJ or Toney's Nandrolone. They are better. They don't need that extra edge.
