You know it really is a joke that they waste a valuable tv spot by allowing Goosen to dictate to Showtime and make this BUM Ward's opponent.
Do you realize that in 26 professional fights that Pudwill has beat a winning record only twice. Those were against a 55-26 Craig Houk in 1996 and a 6-2 James Kitchen in 2005. One of his 3 losses was against a 17-19-3 Rudy Lavato. Another was an embarrassing KO at 1:51 of the 1st round against the over-rated John Duddy.
I guess beating a 7-27 man in his last fight earned Pudwill this opportunity to fight on Showtime.
Andre Ward, Dan Goosen and Showtime should all be ashamed of themselves for letting this fight go on TV.
