Cotto has a very good jab,Pacman doesn't even really have a jab!!Pacman almost always leads with the left!!I don't remember the last time Cotto was naturally bigger,I expect to see the old school destroyer return for this 1!!I'd give anything to see the return of Cotto's body attack,**** was classic!!

Cotto has a better jab, but what you fail to realize is that Manny is a damn southpaw. Jabs do not work all that well against south paws, let alone the best southpaw in boxing.

In my opinion, that was one hell of a lucky shot for Cotto and fortunately for him it made a difference to the outcome of the fight. For this reason, I put no stock at all into Cotto knocking anyone down with a jab, especially when Clottey also took far bigger shots from Cotto and barely even flinched.
You have it completely wrong. It was not a lucky shot, Cotto timed his ass beautifully. The reason Clottey didn't go down or get hurt again is because he realised Cotto timed him beautifully, so he didn't open himself up like that again.

I'd say that Cotto has a far better jab than Pac but Pac throws far more punches faster than Cotto does.

Where do you people get this stuff from? Jabs might not be as effective vs fast Southpaws as they are against say a face first orthodox brawler, but they are still a vital tool that needs to be utilised.

Cotto has a very good jab. I think he has a better jab than Pac. Roach has referred to the Mosley-Cotto fight and how Cotto neutralized Shane's speed, but Shane will stand toe-to-toe and also didn't move his head much, which Pac is very good at. I like Pac's right jab because it usually has a straight left attached to it.
