Why not? Is it because he wants to protect his 0? And Williams has said in several interviews that he can make 147 still. I think Williams is an exception to the rule, I believe he has a body type that can jump back and fourth from weight classes and still feel great. I'm sure Williams would love that big-fat paycheck to fight Mayweather, and Williams would kick the ever living **** out of floyd.

Williams learned from that loss, and I didn't see a schooling in that fight I believe it was like 7-5 or 8-4 on the scorecards for Quintana win which was about right on the scores.

And Williams never made excuses for that loss, he just tried very very hard to get a rematch to prove to people that he could beat Quintana, and he did just that.
