Khan to me still looks pretty much the same as he always has, just not quite as fast, but he's still very fast. He's always had a glass chin and that's why he hit his ceiling, but it's not like his chin has got worse or anything, it's always been awful.
Brook on the other hand doesn't look the same fighter at all, he used to have reasonable punch resistance but doesn't anymore.
Brook being a slow starting counter puncher and now having no punch resistence plays right into Khan's style.
Khan will come out, flurry with speed Brook can't handle early on and Brook won't have the punch resistence to make it to the second half of the fight and time Khan.
It's just a question of if it's a Salita style death by 100 flash knockdowns or if one of Brooks eyes goes.
I suppose with Khan's chin it's always possible Brook might get lucky early but I don't think he's that kind of fighter.
