First of all You got your facts just as twisted as he does. Pacquiao is a fighter's fighter and a man's man. It was Roach who requested the 143 catchweight that eventually became the 145 catchweight. If roach told Pacquiao he'd be able to beat Cotto at heavyweight he'd fight Cotto at heavyweight.

And no. Manny did not get any choice of size of ring. That misconcepcion has already been deemed false. All fights in Vegas are mandated to have a 20ft ring by the nevada state athletic commission. In other words the same size ring as every other vegas fight for the past 20 years
