I don't disagree with you. But I notice different networks and different boxing sites either referred to Lopez as the undisputed champ or some wouldn't. Until these networks who are aligned with certain promoters stop pulling this nonsense it will continue to tarnish the sport.

Yeah, but that's wishful thinking. We're fans, but they're the businessmen. I do notice how Eddie Hearn struggles to keep a straight face when asked about the subject. He knows its bull****, but since he's promoting Haney's fights he can't express his real opinions on it. He knows as well as anyone else who follows the sport that GK is the undisputed champ.

No, it wouldn't. Doesn't Tank get a claim too? You know this sport well, so there shouldn't be any controversy at all about who is the LW king. Lopez (IBF beltholder) beats Lomachenko (WBA, WBC real, WBO champ) to become undisputed LW champion. GK took those titles from Lopez so he is the man, undisputed. Just because the corrupt WBC created a bogus regular champ title (before the Loma/Lopez fight) and disregarded their real champ to make more money, does not make Lopez or GK's claims to LW supremacy bogus. Devin Haney is a solid fighter, but he's as big a paper champion as there ever was in boxing. Acknowledging him as the real WBC champion means that we all have to also acknowledge Gervonta Davis as the real WBA champion. Let's all cut the bull**** and stop letting the sanctioning bodies jerk everyone around. They have set up a system that makes it IMPOSSIBLE to have a universally undisputed champion and everyone (media, promoters, fans) is just going along with it for some reason.

Lets say we encourage people not to use condoms for a year and say that STDs are fake news. Then, a year later we tell people to use protection etc. Will the number of infections or deaths go up the next year? You don't even have to be a scientist to figure this one out... OMG, one of us is dense alright. You should be a lawyer or PR guy for one of the sanctioning bodies. Try as hard as you can to get others to drink the Kool-Aid and accept WBC shenanigans, there is NO LEGITIMACY whatsoever to Devin Haney's claim to be a LW champion. Everything that Teofimo Lopez ever said about Haney's title is 100% true - he's the WBC e-mail champ. The WBC's legitimate champion, the best LW in the world at the time, was Vasyl Lomachenko. He didn't go anywhere until Lopez knocked him off the top. It's absurd and offensive to real fans of this sport to have a sanctioning body crown two (or more) "champions" in the same division, but apparently there are some people such as yourself who are thick enough to reason that it makes perfect sense. Bless your heart, as they say down here in the South.

Im in Australia and I don't know what you're talking about, the states have opened up, international travel has resumed as we are in the 90% fully vaxed range, they are getting edgy with the new Omnicron variant having 6 cases in Sydney, other than that the Country could easily hold a fight like this.

Haney or Diaz better jump at the chance cause if they don't it will probably be Loma who gets the fight in Australia and I think he would beat the kid. Don't wanna hear no BS about them not wanting to go out there for the fight cause neither guy is putting 80k azzes in seats here
