I am not sure why people where acting as if? This fight was a exhibition like, Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Junior 'It is not'.
Amir Khan & Kell Brook are still really good professional fighters 'They are both better than 95% of the UK population, the majority of the people on the street, the majority of the amateur fighters.in the UK and professional fighters'.
And now finally, they are going to settle a personal grudge match 'That's what this is, a personal grudge match'.
I personally think it is a good fight for both of them.
If fighters cannot settle their differences, without people complaining 'And being all uppity'.
Those people complaining, just need to go away and watch something else.
Regarding the fight, I favor Amir Khan. As I just think his conditioning may well be too good at 149 pounds. I thought the fight was being contested at 147 pounds, until just a few moments ago. It is all about the preparation for Kell Brook, the fight will be won or lost for him in training camp.
Brook was in quite good condition vs Crawford, and skill for skill 'He in my opinion, was not out matched against Crawford'. For as long as it lasted, you could clearly see the ability that Kell Brook has 'He was right there with Terrence Crawford, jab for jab, feint for feint etc'.
I just think on some level, he is still traumatized by the injuries he suffered vs Golovkin.

I will also say this? I think Amir Khan is not the type of person, to be down for too long if he loses a fight. He has shown that he can bounce back real quick within himself, just as a character. Dillian Whyte & Derek Chisora also have those same traits.
When I listen to interviews with Kell Brook, wow you can see how badly he wants to win this fight. And he probably is the type fighter, where a loss affects him real bad.
I don't mind both fighters, and I do favor Amir Khan to win. But as the fight comes closer, I probably won't make a prediction.
I actually think Kell Brook needs this win, more than Amir Khan.
It is all about the training camp for Kell Brook, I am interested on finding out more information about this 149 pound limit.

You can't be snobby about boxing, it can't be just about watching the best fight, they let you down most of time by not fighting each other and keep you waiting.
club fighters will give there all to entertain you and keep you on edge of seat. There's a whole wide world outside spence, bud and ugas.
Can't say Khan and brook are past it seeing this conference, the passion is there stillLast edited by hugh grant; 11-29-2021, 07:45 PM.Comment

people will get on board with it once sky hype machine gets into gear and they do have a genuine dislike for each other that seems rare. everyone knows they are washed up has beens nowhere near world level but people still want to see what happens. usually pretty good comedy value watching khan with his chin now tooComment
