According to USA Today, the September 19 bout between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Juan Manuel Marquez will not use instant replay. The state of Nevada recently approved the use of instant replay in certain situations for boxing. Mayweather-Marquez was going to be the first major Las Vegas fight to have the availability instant replay. Right now, the head of the Nevada State Athletic Commission, Keith Kizer, says use of instant replay has been pushed back and the November 14 bout between Manny Pacquiao and Miguel Cotto will now be the first bout to use instant replay.
