As long as Boots can make 147, he will stay there, because welterweight is more elite than 154, it has always been. he must take the belt or two there before stepping up.GrandpaBernard likes this.

I find it funny that many PBC diehards claimed 154 was ''Deep.'' Hurd, Lara, Lubin, Jrock, Rosario, Harrison... all most disappeared.
I'd say 147-154 are the same measure. Crawford and Boots should just try and dethrone Jermell

Tim is at 154. Boots is at 147. The more intriguing fights for each are against boxers in their weight class, not each other.
