hes tiny, he has no power, seems over ranked based on beating francisco vargas who was old and moving up in weight. instead of fighting someone good when he apparently can fight in 3 divisions he chooses this guy. he should have 3 times the options as most fighters but somehow he ends up with these guys. 5 years straight of just treading water in bumville

i didnt realize he had to only fight mexicans? that a strange new requirement. he never tried to fight berchelt when he was the top mexican. the mexican requirement wasnt in effect then thats why! it seems like the requriement is....are you a top fighter? ok you are out. are you a random no one has ever heard of? ok you are in! are you a random who has a secondary belt they didnt even earn?
