How dare you question Tunde Ajayi and System 9?

'' Lions in da camp! '' is Tunde Ajayi gift to boxing.

But for fo real tho, I mix it up with the pads, I hold them still to help improve punching-power and form, then I like to meet the gloves like Tunde to help improve punching accuracy : as in a real fight the target ( head ) is in motion ; often the punch lands a lot quicker, so this exercise helps boxers have faster reactions in a actual fight, helps them perceive where the head might be once the exchange commences.

But like Tim said, you can injure your hands and also your trainers wrist.
