    You have to be ultra competitive in the Sport of boxing. You dont have a team to help you out when you are having an off night. But what i see is too many get in the lull of sparring the same people and doing the same things. Bringing in different gyms and going to other gyms helps bring the competitor out because like any sport you should practice how you play (& vice versa).
