im gonna have to say no, Cotto will atleast have to beat Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquaio before he is in contention, Tito beat undefeated hyped up p4p ranking champions, also the first man to TRULY beat Pernell sweet pea whitaker, the first man to shatter Ricardo Mayorga's chin, carryed his power all the way up to midddleweight by knocking out what was shokingly considered the best middleweight at the time!

No, Tito was a 3 division champion and fought some of the best he could have throughout his career even if he lost a couple. I don't think Cotto surpasses him by beating a LW no matter the quality of said LW....still Cotto may someday surpass him.

Manny isn't a LW. His last two fights have been 147 and 140 respectively

Don't say that! You are taking away the excuse they will use when Cotto destroys Pacquiao.

Maybe he pases Camacho, but no way in hell he is not even close to Tito.

Well yes it does. It's not like he's fat at those weights, he's ripped and strong. The Pavlik point makes no sense. Quit crying.

                    No IMO.

Maybe if he wins a couple more good fights after that then yeah.
