For what I saw today they are basically the same height I still don't understand why he made Cotto weight 145lb.

they are the same height, but look at the photos of them standing sideways to the camera. cotto has a very thick neck compared to pac, and cotto has a lot more girth than pac. pac looks like a stick next to cotto in those pics.
