He was being co-promoted by Zanfer promotions & Top Rank since after the second Dogbe fight. Im guessing that contract has been fulfilled with his last fight against Gonzalez.

Top Rank can now sign him exclusively which is what Bob has been doing forever- offers guys from lower scale promotions a fight & then co promotes them. If they end up being a profitable fighter he usually signs them when their original contract expires
