This is why although I'm 1 of the few,I truly believe that showtime is a better boxing network!!HBO is full of themselves right now & their comentators clearly show their bias & some of those HBO judges need to be hung,for real!!

HBO's got more money, bigger presentation, and still have all the top stars in the world of Boxing.

Showtime doesn't have even a quarter of subscribers than HBO because Showtime's shows suck ass. HBO's nominated for countless Emmy's every year. I agree they should just make the fight happen, but HBO is and will be the king of Boxing networks for years to come.

The simplest move for Schafaer would be to move the Mosley-Clottey fight to Showtime if Showtime would put up the money. HBO could do a split site doubleheader as someone mentioned before also. Another idea would be to go for a December 12th PPV. The reason i say this is because alot of fighters are trying to get fights before the end of the year but there aren't enough dates. It seems that right now both Goldenboy fighters and Don King fighters are the ones looking to get back in the ring but cant because of the networks and/or promoters. So why not GBP and DKP combine for a huge PPV similar to the one that DKP put out in December 2003 with 5 fights that included Judah,Spinks, Mayorga,and Hopkins. If they cant complete the deal for Mosley-Clottey then Spinks needs a fight and so would Mosley so head the PPV with Spinks-Mosley for Cory's title)this way Mosley keeps his title at 147 has a chance to reclaim one at 154 then opens up the option of fighting Williams at 154 or Berto at 147 early next year, depending on which title he decides to vacate). Do Devon Alexander-Nate Campbell for Alexander's belt. Victor Ortiz wants back in the ring so get him in with Vivian Harris. And any combination of other fights to make this a huge PPV.
