Like PBC isn't mainly In house fights unless they're stepping out to try and win a belt from another promotion... BUD ain't no ATG but neither is BIG FISH like the haymon/pbc acolytes like to have some believe.

Porter is an awkward fighter, but usually awkward fighters mostly just make there opponents look bad without winning the fight. Don't think this goes the distance with Crawford winning by KO.

This is a good fight, but Crawfords CV is so empty we have to pretens Porter isnt a gatekeeper.

There's a reason that Porter is a 7-1 underdog. And I'll tell you why. The reason is Porter is well past his prime . Porter has lost that hunger. And most of all, he's not a threat to Crawford. It's a fact that Porter is the best opponent of Crawford's career. That doesn't say much for Crawford's resume. I always looked at Porter as a small welterweight. He's one of those Welters who at his best would probably be fighting at 143-44. But there is no such division. He's too big for 140, too small for 147. He's a Welter with absolutely no cracking power in his punches. To beat a Crawford, who is very beatable, you need something to back him off. Porter doesn't have that. Sugar Ray Leonard in his prime wouldve blown these 2 guys out on the same night. Anyhow, Porter will make it interesting because he never says never. His chin is above average and because of his experience, he's got some ring savvy. I truly believe he's in there just to survive the 12 and not get seriously hurt so he can keep collecting paychecks. I see a cautious fight on both guys with Crawford winning a unanimous.
