When reading this, my first thought was that Makabu must have been out of the ring for some time for Canelo to want this. And guess what? Yep, he last fought in December of 2020. He'll be out of the ring a full 17 months if Canelo fights him in May.

Canelo loves to have his opponents in a bad situation before he'll go after them. But weirdo's still delude themselves otherwise even though it has been consistent for years.

Canelo is a fraud. Always has been. Always will be. It's cartoonish at this point.

If he's willing to move up, fight the two opponents fans want to see. But they've had some ring time and are considered far too dangerous for him to go for it. But Makabu is ripe for a Canelo special. Haha. What a punk.

I'm not a big fan or dic rider but you guys are the worst. Nelo is a boss and this would be a huge win. For those complaining about this, please post your favorite current fighters that you're comparing Canelo to so we can see what they're doing to test themselves.
