  • Comments Thread For: Terence Crawford: Let's Not Say What Happened When Porter Sparred With Benavidez

Terence Crawford smiled mischievously upon responding to Shawn Porter's comments about Crawford's fight against Jose Benavidez Jr. Two days before Crawford addressed the media during a virtual press conference Friday, Porter noted that a then-unbeaten Benavidez gave Crawford the most difficult fight of the undefeated three-division champion's career. Crawford dropped and stopped Benavidez during the 12th round of their WBO welterweight title fight in October 2018, but the 6-feet Benavidez troubled Crawford at times with his size, length and skill at CHI Health Center in Omaha, Nebraska, Crawford's hometown.

Not many will shell out that money for this Ppv but it just kind of shows that it’s popularity that sells Ppv’s and not really the quality of the fight because this fight will likely be more competitive than fury vs wilder and canelo vs plant, but the Ppv buys won’t represent that.

Bottom line dam how Crawford looked he won by ko and Benavidez is tall and his style much different than Porter so why is this even important? I would still not shell out a dam dime until this come on for free, next time cheap as Bob put a better undercard together and you may make some money, but Crawford leaving your assssss anyways!

And those sold more than Manny vs Thurman, Manny vs Ugas, actually they sold more buys than most of Mannys PPVs which shows the drawing power Floyd had.
