Comments Thread For: Crawford: Porter Makes Fights Ugly, He Got A Skill Of Winning By Any Means Necessary

The only prediction Terence Crawford is willing to make is that he will eventually turn away the challenge of Shawn Porter. What transpires prior to the conclusion of their upcoming WBO welterweight title fight is something that the defending champ will have to see for himself and adapt from there. What Crawford (37-0, 28KOs) does expect of their November 20 ESPN+ Pay-Per-View headliner at Michelob ULTRA Arena in Las Vegas is for Porter to do his part to make things as uncomfortable as possible for as long as he is able to get away with it.

Porter is going to give Crawford the toughest fight of his career.

Porter can make anyone look bad. A lot is riding on this fight for Bud Crawford. A poor performance will greatly diminish his prospects for future fights with other PBC welterweights. That plus talk about him being Number one P4P will lessen. If Bud blows Porter away, there will be a lot of pressure on Spence and the others to quit avoiding him. I look for Crawford to completely dominate Porter and ****e things up in that weight division.

Salute to Shawn "Showtime" Porter! After next weekend, he'll be able to say he's the only one to face Brook, Thurman, DSG, Spence, and Crawford, ALL IN THEIR PRIME! Much respect, and good luck fam! You're gonna need it!

I love me some Showtime but I think Bud is the meanest welterweight out there. I believe he's going to put the boxing world on notice and stop Shawn Porter inside the distance. Shawn is too aggressive and I think that plays into Bud's style. If Shawn goes in and out he might make it but I think he's a natural brawler and he wants to mix it up too much. Kind of like Gvosdyk vs. Beterbiev.

That’s probably the best run of any current boxer against top opposition in their prime. The only other option would be Brook who faced, Porter, Ggg, Spence and Crawford in their primes.

Terence is a sharpshooter & counterpuncher so Shawn must be alert. May the best fighter win.

Crawford will have to work hard for a win. Porter always comes to fight.

The most casuals there also felt like Porter would be an easy work for Spence lol.

That's facts! Well, Brook was KO'd by GGG, Spence, and Crawford, and Porter hasn't been KO'd by anyone! Would be a HUGE statement if Bud gets the stoppage!
