    Nuthuggers one and all

Everytime I see someone in this forum call someone else a "nuthugger, or a "*******" or a "cottostan", etc, etc,, it causes me to smile in wonder, because in the end, all of us, anyone who has ever followed, admired, rooted for, and in some cases loved any one particular boxer, has shown a bit of "nuthuggery". Apparently it comes disguised as critique, when someone totally rails on another fan that just happens to think his guy is the best, and during that response in which he calls that other person all the above mentioned names, he's doing that same thing in favor of the boxer that the alledged "nuthugger" is claiming to be less than his own guy. Funny, but I never thought I was a nuthugger either, and lol, guess what? Turns out I am. Everytime one of my favs is attacked, I think about going all out, and posting rants and raves to defend his style, or his record, or even make excuses for his losses, and then reality hits, and I laugh to myself, thinking that hey, they're just doing the same thing I wanna do. lol. Anyway, if being a fan of a particular boxer, makes one a nuthugger, then I guess it's safe to say that we, one and all are nuthuggers to some degree. Peace out people, and enjoy that huggery, cause in the end, it's what makes this forum so much damned fun to visit and post in. HOOYAHHHHH

It's possible to rep your fighter and stay objective. Just like you can not be a fan of a fighter and also not be a hater of said fighter. There's a difference between bein a fan and a stan. Sadly, the haters n huggers are takin over NSB.

I agree mang. I'm just sayin we've all tend to nuthug (even though being obective) with one fighter or another. lol We just mask it with intelect, which many in here, unfortunately choose not to use.
