Benn was my favourite UK boxer of his time but i think Canelo beats him. Benn had defensive weaknesses that Canelo would exploit. Plus Canelo's chin was better..

One thing for sure is Benn wouldn't be running like Saunders and Plant. He'll bring it to Canelo in a way none of his recent opponents have even tried to do.

Benn would put it on him from the first bell and show canelo no respect, the size and the strength difference would be too much.

Canelo’s got that Oliver McCall sort of steel box for a head, so I don’t see him getting knocked out. Prime Nigel was really good though. I think it’s maybe 55/45 to Canelo, as his skills are A- level and very refined (Mayweather and Toney and similar being A level and SRR and SRL and few other similar like prime Durán being A+ level).

Nigel Benn was more durable than Alvarez.

Benn's durability is more proven.

Alvarez is not a monster puncher, I don't rate him as a all-time great big puncher at Middle-Super Middle Weight.

I will make this fight a 45-55 fight, just in favor for Nigel Benn.

Why are people acting as if Alvarez is a monster puncher? Benn hits harder than Alvarez, has superior endurance, and his durability is more proven.

Who has Alvarez knocked out? Amir Khan, Liam Smith, a ill prepared Sergey Kovalev with only 6 weeks recovery from the Yarde fight.
