PBC business is always shady. There are have been too many counts of suspect cancellations last minute, weird Romero fight off without police reports of the altercation. PBC kids just want boxing fans to take Haymon's word vs we can't take the doctor's word on the matter. It was the same damn stuff with Spence, with PBC kids in denial about serious injuries yet it takes weeks later for us to find out the severity of documented injuries. Even the Spence injury for Pac was suspect. The PBC kids think that boxing fans don't know how Haymon's fighters could be protected. If a network finds out the severity, injury of a fighter, they can opt out on paying the premium for whatever Haymon tries to pitch on the fighters return. Worst case scenario the network says ''this can't be PPV, and this fight is not in our interest.''
Boxing is a business. Team Plant reserve the right to not disclose medical reports, with Wade acknowledging saying ''everything is fine'' which could could be totally subjective, knowing he's saying nothing wrong. lol Plant's team will most likely continue doing fights, obviously, so they don't want the public or boxing world to know of his medical condition.
I mean even BJS plans to return, how much value does he have now considering that SMASHED face regardless if it healed? BJS would need to sell himself and a network to assure he's fine, but it's not that easy, and therefore, no PAYDAY again.
Regarding Caleb Plant. This guy TOOK Canelo's RIGHT uppercut while ALSO dipping down. Canelo then hit him again with a left that had him take a knee. I mean BJS was on his bike... Then Canelo's closes the show by throwing another hard right that floored Kovalev (the last punch). It's not impossible that Plant received at least a small fracture that doesn't require surgery. The bone would fuse again, but needs time to heal of course.
