But but. Different standard for Manny. Only Mayweather was supposed to fight every single contender. How come Manny never fought Paul Williams?

Great champions have their careers managed to an extent. Pacquaio is no different. In the end, Manny fought 72 times, and won a solid 62 of those fights.
