Right, I mean, I understand the whole star thing. I do see him being a champ but not so soon. Or at least top contender.
I like Benn, yet I think he could have taken a better opponent than Algeri. We'll see who's next after Benn gets Chris out the way.

      Very well said.
I am very along the lines of your perspective as well. I personally think Algeri was not the best pick but I get it, they are trying to build Benn's reputation and all.
I like Algeri's footwork and style though, it does kind of intrigue me to see how Benn will fight a boxer like Algeri.

It sums up Benn’s fraudulent career, consistent low risk BS matchmaking. He’s never fought for a real title and has consistently avoided domestic rivals

        Southern Area: No
English: Rejected a BBBofC ordered fight with Isaac McLeod.
British: Turned down a fight with Chris Jenkins for July 2020.
        Commonwealth: Same as above.
European: Clearly wants no part of Avanesyan who has been calling him out for months.

I’m f*** ing sick of the spoilt rich kid talking like he’s some road man killer when he’s yet achieve anything notable in the sport.
        I understand your viewpoint definitely.
Chris Algeri is not an ideal opponent for Benn to prove something.
I hope after Chris, Benn gets his head in the game and fights a real opponent.
Mind you, I respect Chris but he is way low tier according to Benn's momentum.

          Exactly.
I am anticipating who Benn fights after Chris, I see this a lopsided matchup with Benn KOing Chris.

Exactly, no one is looking out for Algeri man, I was not excited at all in this fight announcement.
Benn can do better than that man

Great, they dug a name with no punching power.

If he doesn't show that against Algeri, I will start doubting Benn.

Do you think Cono can acheive world title status in the division soon?

                  Your thoughts.

Good point, They aren't the only names though.
We also got Cobbs, Stanionis and a couple more out there. But yeah Ortiz and Ennis are the ones who will definitely be reigning in the division once Spence and Bud leave it.
And I see Spence and Bud leaving the division soon. I actually think Bud retires soon too.
Yet, I think at least Benn will be a top contender if he doesn't make champ status.

I’m getting really sick of them digging up bodies for Benn then trying to con us into believing he’s “world level”. It’s just BS. Why can’t he fight a McKinson? Essuman? Avanesyan? They’re all good fights too.
