Just be wary of talking to 1HourPunchbag in the gym.. dude has brought a lot of fighters bad luck. Could be his 'attitood'.

Munguia is going to batter Rasado so bad that Rosado will look like Stallon in the 15th round of Rocky 2.

I think he may well get a highlight reel stoppage of Rosado which is good for his brand, but he needs to step it up if he wants to make real money and make his mark in this game. He should be fighting elite 160 lb guys only. Golden Boy is being way too cautious because they clearly lack confidence that Jamie can contend with the MW elite. I would love to see Munguia against Charlo or Andrade, right now. Fortune favors the bold in this sport.
Everybody talks about how Anthony Joshua isn't going to be able to absorb a new trainer's style in just 1 camp.

So I think Golden Boy is doing the right thing by giving Munguia plenty of time to develop under Erik Morales.

Rosado should test him, Gabe is a crafty veteran plus he has been working for a while now with Freddie Roach so you know they will come with a good game plan.

Said it before and will keep saying it, the cut back to 160 will be a huge factor.

Munguia is going to punish Rosado.

Well he really hasn't gotten that much better IMO.. maybe a little here and there. Even with morales at his corner. If this is his peak lol he's a 3rd tier fighter. Defense is trash. He cant Jab either. that is what i see.

If Munguia had 10% better defense this would feel like a lock for him and more the foregone conclusion this scenario usually does, but Rosado is a guy crafty enough to exploit and make you pay for such mistakes and deficiencies and also has underrated pure boxing ability-- better than Munguia I'd say--thus the additional intrigue. Still I'd expect a very late Jaime KO, 10ish.

After the fight with GGG, nobody wants to deal with Deryanchenko. On the other hand, Rosado is definitely not going to go easy. Tough choice for Munguia.

I agree when this fight was announced I thought it was going to be at 168 but when I found out it’s 160, I don’t think rosado will look good in the ring at 160. His last 3 fights which he’s been at 168 he’s looks like a new fighter.

I give Gabe a good shot of winning this. In fact, I favor him to win. Of course, I don't think highly of Munguia as a boxer. Jaime has power, but not the kind of power of the only guys that ever KO'd Rosado have (Lemieux, GGG, Angulo, Quillin - though that fight shouldn't have been stopped), unless of course a cut is involved which is highly likely. Who has Munguia fought that has boxing skills and can actually punch? That, to me, show's he's been protected. And while Gabe isn't a huge puncher either, Roach seems to be getting more out of him by having him sit down on his punches. Bek knows.
