I think we all know Tito would not last with Canelo. Tito was great but if you had elite skill, chin and power you could beat him. Tito for an all time great had one of the weakest chins ever I believed he was dropped 12 times throughout his entire career.

    Canelo by KO 9

Canelo KO's Trinidad. I don't see Trinidad being much trouble at all for Canelo.

Tito was a very great fighter but Canelo is just all bad for him.

Trinidad was not a 160 fighter his best weight was 147, he lost nearly all of his MW fights.

you know these threads aren't fair to Alvarez. This happens every era when someone becomes popular and the best in their division. The comparisons to past fighters start. I can see if Canelo was calling himself the greatest, but he barely gives interviews. A lot of people love Canelo and just as many hate him. I don't hate him or love him, I just have a respect for him. He's a good fighter. As for my opinion on this, I don't really know because Canelo didn't have the best run at mw. A lot of you guys are basing this off what he's done at 168 the past few fights. Trinidad at mw was no joke. I don't think Canelo has had 5 fights total in the middleweight division.(Khan and Cotto catchweights don't count). And the same goes for Trinidad who has had 4 total fights at mw. It makes no sense to make an assumption off what Canelo does at 168 to what we think he would do to anyone at 160. So I really don't know. Now Trindidad vs Canelo at 154, Canelo gets stopped. I can see Canelo dropping Tito, Trinidad getting up, hitting Canelo in the balls and draining what energy he has before teeing off with those left hooks and right hands. Titto at 154 was no joke thought Reid and Vargas almost had him out of there until he did what he does when he's hurt(low blows). So the both of them fighting at mw is really a hard assessment to explain.

This is true, but he's had the same amount of fights at 160 as Alvarez lol. And guys Tito lost to, Canelo would lose to as well at 160. Wright and hopkins.

I see where you’re coming from but Tito was just too small at 160. Canelo is massive at that weight and was better at it than Tito imo. Now p4p who’s better? Probably Tito

Tito would have to be favored if the fight was under 160, he definitely stops Drainelo at 152.

160 and above Canelo all day and twice on Sunday.
