  • Comments Thread For: Terence Crawford-Shawn Porter Pay-Per-View Price Set At $69.99 On ESPN+

Perhaps the most anticipated pay-per-view fight of the final quarter of 2021 will cost consumers less than the first two shows during that time frame. BoxingScene.com has confirmed that the four-fight show headlined by Terence Crawford and Shawn Porter on November 20 will cost $69.99 to watch in the United States. The two most recent boxing pay-per-view events in the U.S. - Tyson Fury-Deontay Wilder III on October 9 and Canelo Alvarez-Caleb Plant this past Saturday night - cost $79.99 apiece.

$69.99 is too pricey. They should sell it for $44.95.

This PPV will bomb. This fight would have been a fighting after dark bout on HBO back in the day.

I think at 44.95 they would make more money oddly enough. People are more likely to buy it when they save 25 bucks.

Hardly wasn't Spence vs Garcia $75!? and spence was coming off the crash we didn't even know what he was capable of and Garcia hasn't done a thing at 47, it's quite disgraceful you're implying two seemingly healthy fighters one of which is considered p4p and the other PBC love to hype up isn't worthy of a similar price point.

These guys are unknown and unpopular among the casual fan. They are hardly even known or have been heard of by the crossover mainstream audience. Neither guy put meat in the seats and neither guy is a PPV attraction. So my question is; Who is going to purchase tickets to this fight and who are going to purchase the pay-per-views?
